About the BRIDGE Personal Program

The “BRIDGE Personal Program” is an exclusive program for Ryumeikan Group customers that does not require any fees.
With every stay at a Ryumeikan Group hotel, customers may accumulate points according to their membership level.
Points are accumulated with each stay, and customers can use the accumulated points to pay for accommodation charges, so please take advantage of this special offer.

※Points are granted for reservations which were made after April 1, 2024.
※Hotel Ryumeikan Ochanomizu Honten is not eligible for this offer.

Best Price Guarantee

This guarantees that the prices offered through the official reservation website provided directly by each of our hotels for the same “room” and “conditions” are always equal to or lower than other reservation services when converted into Japanese yen.

Discount Benefits

Discount benefits are applied per night when using the official reservation website provided directly by each of the Ryumeikan Group hotels. *Discount benefits are not applicable when booking with the “Ryumeikan BRIDGE Business.”

How to Earn Points

Earn 1% of the reservation total (including tax) as points.
*Points will be credited two days after the check-out date.

●Enjoy an increased bonus point earning rate with membership rank upgrades!
●Membership status fluctuates based on annual usage over a one-year period.
*Calculation Period: From April of each year to the end of March of the following year. Membership status for the period from April 1st of the following month to March 31st of the following year will be set. (Accumulated usage resets annually)
●Point acquisition conditions and usage conditions (expiration date, etc.) may be set individually for specific accommodation plans or campaigns. Please check each notification and offer in advance.
●Points and Membership Level Acquisition Conditions: Points are earned only when reservations and accommodations are made and used as a member through the official website. Reservations made via phone, reservations made without logging in, and reservations received through “BRIDGE Business” are not eligible.

How to Use Points

Points can be used towards accommodation expenses at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen.

●On the official website, you can use points at a rate of 1 point = 1 yen when making reservations at each hotel.
●Points cannot be transferred to other point services or converted to cash.
●Points are generally valid for one year from the date of acquisition.
●Points cannot be transferred, inherited, or resold to third parties. Additionally, points from multiple membership numbers cannot be split, combined, or transferred.
